House On Terms LLC is a real estate transaction firm. It is a division of Vevstad Enterprises, Inc., an investment and management consulting firm headed up by Vegard Vevstad, a lifelong entrepreneur and management consultant, who started his real estate career in 1973, when he developed plans (later sold to a relative) for a 30-unit seaside resort in Southern Norway. He has since been involved in raw land transactions, buying, selling, financing, and constructing residential and commercial properties, and buying, remodeling, and managing multiple rental properties. As a lawyer, and later as a management consultant, he helped structure over 300 business expansion programs worldwide, and he draws on all of these experiences to help structure long and short term real estate deals.
